| Opened bottom of unit to find that there were no issues with the springs or the frame, but with the padding. Opened kick panel to smooth padding and closed all panels. Removed and replaced all cushions. New cushions fit tight together and may cause the fabric to bunch again after use. All issues resolved, job complete. |
