| Adjusted and aligned sleeper sofa. Lubricated all moving parts – the sleeper is opening/closing intermittently. Replacing the hinge mechanisms will resolve the issue fully. The customer noted they have been sent the right and left hinge mechanisms to be installed. This will need to be set up as a new work order with 2 techs to install. |

I just spoke to the customer and the tech didn’t repair. I had already sent the parts out to her and the tech told her he had to get approval to repair and it’s a two man job. Please guys, this needs immediate attention. This poor customer needs to be able to use her sleeper. Please contact her ASAP today and schedule the repair. sheila
