| Steam and smooth wrinkles on panels of 2 chairs. Advise if new panels are needed. |

| Steamed and adjusted 4 arm panels and 2 back cushions. This significantly helped. The cause of the issue was the padding underneath the fabric. Each dent is where a staple holds the padding. If the units require further adjusting, all arm panels will need removed and the padding will need reapplied to remove the puckering. |
