| Frame where dowels have broken. Add new dowels, wood glue and secure frame back together. Make sure glue does not show. Use blue painters tape to help secure while glue is drying, so as not to damage finish. Second chair that is becoming loose; gently separate, replace dowels if needed, add glue, and use tape to secure frame while glue is drying. Let glue dry for 20 minutes, remove blue tape, let customer know not to use chair for at least 24 hours. |

Customer is concerned that it is still not fully secure. As long as unit was given enough time after repair, unit is secure. |
