| Adjust fabric on swivel chair. There is plastic poking through the fabric. Use hidden stitch to hand sew open seam if needed. |

| All parts of chair, inside and outside, the fibers seem to be lifting. The fibers that lift are hard, not soft. Potentially, when the fabric was processed, the fibers may have been heated. As of now, the ottoman seems to be okay, but the customer is concerned that the same thing will happen. Resolve would be fabric replacement. |
