On a customer follow up call, the customer noted: The job is completed and they are happy
02.06.2025 Can the same tech go out to reinspect the chair? The customer has stated the chair is making a squeaking noise when sitting in it. They are having a Superbowl party this Sunday and need to use the chair but are concerned if this might be a safety issue. Is it possible to resend the same tech out before Sunday 02/09? Please advise.
