| Inspect mechanism and seat cushions on sleeper sofa – seat cushions are not sitting correctly. Advise in report notes if parts are needed. |

| Center and LSF cushions are lifting slightly more than the RSF cushion. The RSF cushion has settled slightly more, the middle and LSF should settle with use, as the mattress and crown of cushion are new. If the gap does not release, the only option would be to replace mattress and mechanism, which looks to be per manufacturer specifications and correct. It looks as if the unit is just new and the cushions have not settled yet, which is normal |
