| Adjust and align recliner. Bolts are falling out, foot rest zig zagging when opening and closing, has been serviced before, now won’t go all the way up or down. Advise in notes if parts are needed. |

| Replaced fallen bolts with the addition of red thread locker. Tested unit. unit now functions as intended and none of the mechanism appears bent. Issue resolved. Customer is concerned the back doesn’t come up all the way. Measurements were taken for reference. Cannot just move the mech forward because the footrest is already a far forward as it can go. |
