Inspect recliner. Customer noted it does not recline as other recliner. Advise in notes if parts are needed.

Issue is with the cushions. Both back cushions on one unit are pitting in the center and offering noticeably less support than the other unit. Would also recommend replacing both seat inserts. Both back inserts and 2 seat inserts are needed to resolve the customer’s issues.
