| Adjust and align footrest on recliner. Headrest still operated, but foot portion does not. Check and test all connection. Advise in notes if parts are needed. |

| Unit was unplugged upon arrival. When plugged back in, the unit worked as intended. A water bottle with liquid was found wedged in the footrest. This was cleared away. Inspected wires and found no issues. Tested unit – unit is working as should. |
