Hi Traci,
This customer did give us a call after the service appointment on 1/7. I will share pictures of the attempted repair, via Email for you to follow up. The tech for some reason used a color much darker than the piece, which then stained the piece and he could not remove the darker color stain. We have created an exchange for the customer and will not need a tech to go back. I understand mistakes happen! As I reviewed the pictures, I also can see this piece was probably dropped, which caused the corner and the side top edges to separate, causing the area we asked to be touched up. As it turns out, moving forward with the exchange is probably better for the customer longer term.
