Hello Alissa, did the customer explain what the other issues are that need to be addressed? I see in the report notes there is an issue with the seat cushion. Were there other issues?

Hi Denice. The customer noted that he felt as if the seat cushion was “caving in”, and that he was expecting the seat to be replaced. Replacing the seat core with a thicker/firmer core should resolve this.
