| Add nail heads to 2 chairs. Nail heads at location. Use pictures for reference only for placement of nail heads. Larger nail heads will be used. Space approximately 1.5″ between nail heads. Start with 1 nail head at each end and divide so spacing is equal, as close to 1.5″ as possible. Be careful not to crack frame when putting in nail heads. Make sure all nail heads are straight and level. |

| Technician arrived on site and noticed that the chairs have welts on them. Called client and client spoke with customer, decided not to add the nail heads as it wouldn’t look right with the welts. |

They have not received the nail heads. Is there also a reference number or name we can give them so they can pull the chairs?
