| Fluffed and adjusted stuffing in cushions. Heated to smooth out wrinkles. Not all of the wrinkles came out, so we wanted to set up to send the tech back out with another tool to fix it, but the customer refused a second service and stated she did not want a repair in the first place and is still looking for a replacement. UPDATE: Tech arrived and removed indented wrinkles and let it settle and went back for a second trip. Customer wants the outsides firmed up, additional foam and fill will be needed to stiffen the backs and resolve. |
