On a follow up call with the customer, they stated that the tech did a good job even though the repair could not be completed. They are awaiting the next step.
I have reached out to customer to have them file a claim with Guardsman. This probably happened due to someone jumping on furniture. We will close the case with you at this point. Thank you !
