| ADJUST AND CORRECT ZIPPER ON LSF RECLINER BACK REST CASING, IT HAS COME UNDONE. REMOVE BACK REST TO CHECK ZIPPER, MAKE SURE ZIPPER WILL CLOSE. ADVISE IF PARTS ARE NEEDED. |

| Inspected sofa and found that LSF recliner had stitching come undone. Customer received replacement part, LSF in out back. Replaced in out back, returning item to showroom quality. Adjusted headrest and back rest. Secured and tested all connections. Unit is working as intended. Issues resolved, job complete. |
