| SPOT CLEAN DIRT MARKS ON BED AND SOFA. TEST A HIDDEN AREA FIRST, BRING BLOW DRYER. STEAM OUT DENT ON LSF HEADBOARD. USE A THIN COTTON MATERIAL BETWEEN STEAMER AND FABRIC. INSPECT BEDS. CUSTOMER STATES THAT THERE AREAS ON 2 BEDS THAT HAVE IRREGULAR DESIGN. INSPECT AND ADVISE IN REPORT NOTES OF FINDINGS. |

| Spot cleaned dirt marks on bed and sofa. Attempted to steam out dent on LSF headboard, this did not resolve issue. Inspected 2 beds, the cushions on the 2 beds have creasing in the seams of the corners. |
