| Arrived on site and attempted to fill and touch up scuffs on 2 stools using provided touch up kit. The lighter color for the touch up would not take to the piece and when the darker color was applied it appeared darker than the rest of the unit. Technician offered to touch up with his own materials but customer refused and said they want a replacement. |
