| Adjusted and secured springs on sofa. This did not resolve issue as the RSF mechanism is bent and will need to be replaced to resolve. Additionally, cushions on unit are deformed and going flat. 3 new seat inserts and 3 new back inserts are needed to resolve. Inspected RSF footrest to find that fabric is worn down and fuzzy. Unable to tell if defect or from use. |
