Our client Robin Iacono received a text from a handyman service saying that someone was going to call her and set up an appointment for the repairs on the two recliners.
She never heard back and nobody answers when she calls that number or texts back. Can you follow up on that please or if you’d like me to, let me know.

I have not received any calls on the scheduling line (336) 872-0545. Do you know what number she has been trying? We left messages for her this morning.
Service scheduled 11/11 for an arrival time between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Service scheduled 11/25 for an arrival time between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Customer has refused service, she did not want to schedule time for us to come do the repair, she said she will do it herself. Please advise.
