Hi William,
A couple of our technicians are on sick leave. We offered to route a technician later in the day that day or on a weekend, but due to their condo rules, we cannot come on weekends or later in the day on weekdays. We have rescheduled for January and are working on some earlier dates to provide the customer.
Service rescheduled for 1/22 for an arrival time between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.
