Reached out to customer and offered service dates for next Monday and Tuesday. They are not available. We are confirming some alternate dates with them and will provide an update soon.

I’m sending the footrest linkage arm to the customer’s home. I THOUGHT it was included with the assembly. I’m including instructions for her should she decide to replace it herself. But if not, I will send a new order to have that piece installed once the client receives the part.
