| Removed seat. Begin removing existing cylinder/column and plate from legs. The existing cylinder/column was wedged very tightly into the chair leg base. Before being able to fully remove existing pieces, customer asked that we stop repair, as he would rather have new legs sent, and install new legs, column/cylinder, and metal top plate installed all together. TUH office called American Leather while on site to confirm – American Leather confirmed they would send new legs to customer. |
