| Adjusted and aligned glider chair. Secured and tightened all bolts and lubricated. This resolved the squeaking and chair is working as intended. Additionally, the customer had a 2nd glider chair with the same issue. TUH office called Room & Board to confirm we could work on 2nd chair. 2nd chair was adjusted; tightened and secured bolts and lubricated. Issues resolved. |
