| Arrived on site and found that a whole mechanism was sent, not individual parts (motor, control box, and brackets) Used the new mechanism sent to replace the motor and brackets. The control box is still needed. Additionally, on the middle seat: the headrest works, however the footrest buttons do not work. New buttons for the footrest on the middle seat are needed. |
