| Adjusted and aligned footrest hook and mechanisms on recliner. Found that the footrest was not properly attached. Adjusted and reattached the mechanism on footrest. Customer stated the control panel is not functioning properly and that only one button works. Checked connections. The control panel on the left side is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced to resolve. |
