Installed mechanism on one swivel chair. Tested unit after replacement – unit is working as intended. Issues resolved. Inspected and adjusted headboard, footboard, and rails on 2 beds. The 6 support slats (3 on ech bed) were found to be too short and need to be replaced, as well as the screw holes are too small and off center (see photos) |

Customer reached out to us today after her service and stated the repair person did a great job installing the swivel base however stated he didn’t have a work order to adjust the beds or the 2nd swivel chairs. This all appears to be on the work order.
