| Replaced back clips on reclining sofa. Waxed and buffed unit. This resolved the squeaking sounds. Job complete. Additionally, the customer has remaining concerns with the footrest being crooked. The customer noted the movers may have bent the unit when delivering as they did not take the unit apart to move inside. The metal base frame is bent and it will need to be replaced to resolve. |
