| Loosened where wire was tied off to and reconnected wire for backrest/headrest. Tested unit – headrest is now working as intended. Inspected noise and found the cause of the noise was the fabric rubbing between the seat and arm. Tightened seat panel, smoothed arm padding and Tightened fabric. Tested unit after adjustments, unit is no longer making sound. Issues resolved, job complete. |
