| Change and secure adjustable glides in 51 armchairs, new glides at location. Use a clear epoxy or Loctite so they adjustable glides are going in and out, but do not fall out of chair. Do not epoxy threads. Change kickplate on 48 chairs, new kickplates at location. Secure cording on 3 chairs, make sure ends do not show |

| Replaced 160 glides on 40 chairs with new glides sent to location. Removed/secured any broken wicker pieces. New kickplates are needed as the new ones sent are not a match and do not line up. New kick plates measure 15 x 1 1/8 with screw holes + 2/16” from edge, while existing kickplates measure 15 x 7/8” with holes 3/16” from edge. Attempted to replace 2 of the kickplates to test, but due to the measurements, kickplates would not line up. |

Per Katie, she filled the form with the dates -since 9/09- and she says she hasn’t heard from anyone..
Left messages with Katie to schedule.
Included Katie in an email, along with touch up home -Cara. Hopefully this will expedite things. Asking if we can keep all communication in the same email I sent so I’m copied on and kept in the loop.

Katie advised parts will arrive before service by 3:00 pm. We have scheduled service for 9/19 for an arrival time between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
