| Replaced left and right mechanisms on sleeper sofa. The new mechanisms installed were bent and did not resolve the issue. The customer then noted she had a second set of mechanisms. Replaced mechanisms once more with 2nd set and tested unit. The unit is now working as intended. Issues resolved, job complete. |
