| Arrived on site and accessed damage. Because to color match paint and apply filler to damaged legs. Customer stopped me and asked why I did not bring replacements as she did not want a repair, she only wanted a replacement. Customer then noted additional concerns with the chairs. Customer would not allow for work to be done and noted that she only wants a replacement. |
