| Steamed wrinkles in armchair cover. Job complete. Went over chair numerous times which did help reduce the wrinkles, but did not fully eliminate them. Attempted to do more passes, but customer needed to leave. The chair cover is a little loose on the chair as well. Recommend sending a new cover to resolve. |
