| Removed and replaced handle on recliner. Routed the cord straight down the inside of the arm rather than to the back of the arm, as instructed. Issue resolved, job complete. The brake was being caused by the cord being run between the seat and springs, causing binding when sat on. The new rout eliminates any binding |
