Scheduled service for September 10th for an arrival time between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
Tech called out as he is sick and cannot go on 9/10. Called customer to reschedule and offered several alternative dates, but customer noted that she is busy the rest of this week and leaves for out of town next week so she asked that we schedule in October.
Rescheduled for 10/10/24, arrival time 12-2pm (Date and time per customer’s request)
Reached out to customer to reschedule. We are confirming new dates with her and will provide an update soon.
