| Report: Technicians note: Filled and touched up areas on 6 chairs. Job complete. The chairs have dents and impressions throughout the legs from screws/holes drilled, as well as inconsistencies throughout the wood in the legs, causing the wood to look split and rough. Was able to touch up areas, but to fully resolve, the chairs would need to be sanded down and resprayed. The customer noted he did not know this was going to be a touch up, as he was expecting that all of the chairs were going to be refinished. —————————————————————————— |
