| Report: Technicians note: Inspected and adjusted mechanism and found no mechanical issues. Cleaned and lubricated both mechanisms. Fluffed and aligned back cushions. Issues resolved, job complete. Additionally, smoothed fabric on seats. Seats wrinkle again as soon as they are sat on. Customer noted feeling the metal of the mechanism through the seat. The seat has no zipper and is attached to the mechanism. It would need removed from the mechanism to either add fill or tighten casing. —————————————————————————— |
