| Report: Technicians note: Metal sticking out of sofa was from broken pieces of the metal tack strip. Removed pieces of the tack strip that were broken and sticking out and closed seam with hidden stitch as a temporary fix. Can you please provide an update on this service? We have that you were sending the tech back out with the needed tack strip. We haven’t heard anything since 9/5. Has the follow-up appointment been scheduled?
Hi! I just entered a new request for this customer. Would you let us know how long the new tack strip needs to be to complete the repair? The sofa is a 98″ but i see the issue is around the arm portion. Or, is this something the tech can supply and charge us on the invoice for the service?
Another update: We have the tack strip needed to complete this repair and we are sending to the customer to have on hand for a new appointment to get installed. Leslie
