Could this be reopened? The customer would like to be scheduled now. They are available for either 11/19-11/20 or 11/21-11/22.
The additional fees previously discussed are still approved. Could this be setup with the customer as soon as possible? This is a hot issue with our client and we just need to get it completed and taken care of.
