| Adjust and align 3 swivel chairs. Lubricate as needed. The 3 chairs are squeaking when in use. |

| Base removed and adjusted with swivel, lubricated everything secure and working fine. the squeaking is coming from the mounting board that is fixed to the frame of the chair. The board would need to be removed and resecured, as well as look in the frame and make sure there are no loose structure parts adding to the squeaking sounds. The swivel base and swivel are fine now, it is the chair itself that is squeaking. Inspected sofa. The customer believes cushion is too firm. The cushion is per manufacture specs, it just needs to be broken in. |
