| Picked up and installed new top on ottoman. New top now opens all the way. The top does not stay open. Unit closes softer than before but the springs feel weak, and customer feels it should close softer than it does. Moving the spring up or down will not make it stronger. 2 cushions on sectional should be replaced as they do not have dacron on the front side of the cushion. This is causing the front of the cushion to be very flat and baggy. The 2 that need replaced can be seen standing in the photos. |
