| Removed and replaced both seat assemblies. Issue resolved. Removed obstruction from path of mechanism. Unit no longer rubs on the ground – issue resolved. Seats are matt shine, while the backs are glossy. This is due to use of the seat. 1 mechanism is missing the wedge spacer for the footrest section. This is visibly noticeable when the mechanisms are closed. New wedge spacers for the footrest are needed to resolve. |

Scheduled service 9/12 for an arrival time between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Need to update work order; customer added the left side footrest is lower; please inspect and repair onsite if possible. I have a picture of this. How do I attach? 🙂
