| Steam and tighten material on sofa to eliminate wrinkles. Open panel and adjust material if needed. Snip and tuck in loose threads on back cushions. |

| Our tech was on site to steam and eliminate the wrinkles on the back pane of the sofa. The wrinkles were not coming out at all and the tech tried to give it a little extra so the piece wouldn’t have to be replaced, but in the process, it needs changing. If a new panel can be sent, we will send tech out to replace. |
