| Pick up and install screws and floor glides on recliner. Screws have broken/fallen out of bottom of chair footrest reclining mechanism, and the floor glides have broken. Parts at Bassett warehouse. Make sure unit is operating correctly after repair. |

| Tightened bolts, installed new screws. installed new nail in glides. During repairs, it was found that both mechanisms are bent in the same place. The main joint for the footrest is bent on both sides and the rivet is about to break free (see photos). both mechanisms should be replaced. |
