| Spot cleaned back panel on chair. The back panel was cut on the top right corner by the tack strip. A new back panel is needed to resolve. A sample was collected. Additionally, steamed 3 other chairs on arms, seats and back cushion to remove wrinkles and packing marks. Issues resolved. Another additional items: Sticker pulled off “plating” on end table. It was removed from the sticker and put back in place. Issue resolved. Leveled bar stool. Issue resolved. |
